This page is a work in progress, but here’s a short run down of what this blog is all about.
All of the writings on here are my own original work (except for one category). Inkotica serves as a creative outlet for me, sometimes just because I want to write, other times to let off steam in a creative manner.
The Categories
Sometimes pictures inspire me, so I have two categories for that kind of writing, Picture Prose and Picture Poetry. Likewise one particular word can trigger something in me, so I have a category called One Word.
Rhyme is for the general poetry that I write, Prose obviously for prose.
The Miscellanea category is for the bits and pieces I can’t find a place for.
Who am I?
At this moment in time I prefer to remain anonymous, hence you won’t find my name anywhere here. It’s also for this reason that I won’t drop a comment on other peoples blogs, although I may link to you. So please don’t be offended if it appears as though I don’t return visits, I do, I just won’t leave comments.
I thought it high time I claimed this site as my own. My identity wasn’t revealed previously because I’ve always been shy about my writing. I still am, but perhaps a little less so now. Plus I do this for a hobby, I really shouldn’t take it so seriously! So, all content on this site is created by me, Jackie Plage. Updates here are, as you can probably tell, infrequent. However, you can subscribe to the RSS feed or follow me on identi.ca and twitter, where any new posts will be announced.
